Hi Arifin,
I just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful time we had at the safari park.
After a few emails between you and I we decided to book online for the rafting/night safari/show and dinner on 15th December. The rafting was a lot of fun, the guides were very friendly and informative.
When we arrived at the safari park it was like a dream come true. The park is so amazing, we have been to many parks in Thailand and everything there is really dry. We were very impressed with how green everything was and how beautiful the gardens were. The elephants all looked happy and relaxed.
There were only about 10 people at the park that evening so it felt really special. First we hand fed the adult elephants and then we went to see the babies. I was so excited about meeting 'Riski' after watching the video of her birth on You Tube. She was amazing and so friendly, as you can see by
the photos I have attached we had some special times together, she was so excited she actually climbed out of the enclosure.
 Then we watched the elephant show which was very entertaining, my only disappointment was that the elephants did not do any painting, as I would have liked to
purchase one that I saw being painted. This was followed by the night safari around the park, we rode on 'Rama' the elephant with one tusk, his mahout was very friendly and gave us information about the park and the elephants.
Dinner was sensational, the 'Palm Grove' dining area is such a romantic setting. Unfortunately during dinner it started to rain and we have to move to the dining area overlooking the lake, this was done very smoothly by the waiting staff. The quality of the food was unexpected, it rivals some of the
top restaurants in Sydney!
Please pass on our thanks to all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience, we will be coming back to the safari park on our next visit to Bali and this time we will stay at the lodge.

My wife and myself have just come back from a holiday from Bali and Stayed at two separate places, one in Ubud and the other being your place at the Park.
From both of us we thank you for a great stay, the last time we went there was about 10 years ago and to be honest I was hesitant to go back and stay only because there was not a lot there at that time.
You both should be congratulated on the Park and its set up it is a great place with nothing spared. As we run a small business ourselves in Perth Aust and know the hassles sometimes evolved in the day-to-day running I could not fault the park.
The staff and the elephant handlers, the food and the lay out and the care that is put in to this park is amazing, not to say the rooms are five star, the people that run this side are so particular as I went in one day and saw the maid actually ironing the bed spread. Not to forget the wellness spa
and the Gym are a site to see.
Everything there has a flow and I never thought I would say this, but waking up in the mooring saying good morning BORIS was amazing, I forgot to say good mooring to the wife first.
The restaurant Manager with whom we spoke regularly at dinnertime was a credit to the facility.
Any way I could go on and on thanks for a great stay and at this stage we will try and get back with our children at Easter.
Please be assured we will be highly recommending your park to everybody that listens.

wanted to say how wonderful she was, a great assett to your staff and a very caring and proficient therapist.

I am from Denmark. It's very difficult to express my feelings about my only 24 hours here. I can only find the word - spectacular. The place, the staff - service everywhere especially the park guides and the elephants teachers has been extremely helpful to make the
elephants performed for my picturing. My first time in this park. I will be back and force my family and friends to come with me. Excellent!!! What to suggest to enjoy the place more? Nothing!

It would be good if somehow you could make clearer on your website the differences in what you (the guest) receive between the Park View Rooms (which we had) and the rice Paddy Rooms. To wake up and sit on the balcony overlooking the elephant park is phenomenal and
well worth the price difference. Although it is expensive, it's an experience which can't really be replicated elsewhere. We enjoyed the courtesy and warm hospitality of your entire staff. You have superb employees.

I would like to thank each and everyone of your staff so much for the perfect 7 days I spent at your lodge. I enjoyed every minute of every day I had there. All the staff were delightful, polite and very accommodating. My parkview room had a balcony with a view to die
for! The attention to detail, not only in the room but in every aspect of the entire property was second to none I'd ever experienced. I was in need of some serious R&R and wanted to holiday in a place where I could indulge in my love/passion for elephants, orchids and spa treatments and really hit
the jackpot. The Elephant Safari Park Lodge in Taro is simply the best! Not only did I feel rested and relaxed but also the peace and tranquility that the whole place exuded. Fred and myself would say how much we did appreciate the Elephant Safari Lodge. A wonderful place, a perfect service, gentle personnel, everything was just great.
And then the elephants, what an experience, dream came to reality. Living so near to them, having the possibility to watch and to participate at their activity's.
And the babies, the two 6 months old one's where so funny and the little 2 weeks - girl so sweet.
I'm glad that idealists like Nigel exist, they make us feeling better in this world.

Time is going so fast, it is already one month since my daughter and her boyfriend stayed at the Elephant Safari Park Lodge.
They both had great pleasure at your place, did appreciate the whole infrastructure, services and last but not least THE ELEPHANTS. For Mila it was simply magic and she was bewitched by the 3 baby's. She will forever remind this unforgettable experience and will keep plenty of images in her mind.

I'm writing to thank you for a wonderful experience my family and I had at your Elephant Park a few weeks back. I was totally blown away by every aspect of the park, most of all the amazing Elephants you and your staff have saved and loved. What an inspiration you are. I can't express my gratitude
enough.
My son Jude who just turned 2 a week prior to our visit, is still raving about the "enafants and the baby enafant" to everyone he comes in contact with. He was really affected in the most delightful way. It was the most memorable and most heartfelt experience of our 3 week journey.
I'd also like to let you know how grateful we are to Ketut. She was a charming and truly unforgettable host. She made us feel so welcome. It felt as though we'd know each other for years. Please give her our regards.
