GENERAL
- Complimentary inclusions cannot be deducted from room tariff.
- Rates/Prices are subject to 10% Government Tax.
- Prices are quoted in US$.
- AGE CODES:
Adult - 13 Years & over, Child - Over 4 Years to 12 Years,
Infant: Up to 4 Years.
- Seasonal Surcharge applies.
- Rates are based on double occupancy and are valid until 31 March 2009.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT
POLICY
Notification of cancellation shall be made:
- 7 (seven) days prior to check in date for period stay from 1 April-14 July, 16 September-19 December, 11 January-31 March, or else one night cancellation fee will apply.
- 10 (ten) days prior to check in date for period stay from 15 July-15 September, or else one night cancellation fee will apply.
- 14 (fourteen) days prior to check in date for period stay from 20 December-10 January, or else 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellation fee will be calculated based on number of rooms booked.
- Amendments or additions to this agreement are valid only if agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.
NO SHOW POLICY AND EARLY

The Lodge will charge at:

- 50% of the

late check out
(until 14.00)
upon request and
subject to
availability.
- It is not
possible to
guarantee that
all rooms will
be available at
any given time
during high
occupancy
periods.
- Every effort
will be made by
the Lodge to
place guests in
rooms as
selected in this
agreement.
- The Lodge
reserves the
right to
substitute room
types where a
particular room
type is
unavailable at
check in, or due
to reasons
beyond our
control.
- Should such
conditions
exists, the
Lodge will
upgrade the room
type if at all
possible and/or
make the room
available when
conditions
permit.
AIRPORT SERVICE
- Additional
surcharge of
US$40 NETT / car
will apply for
One Way Airport
Transfer.
EXTRA GUESTS, ROLL-AWAYS,
AND CRIBS
- Guestroom
charges are
based on two (2)
occupants per
room, unless
otherwise noted
on contract and
specified room
configuration.
- More than
two (2) people
per room, not to
exceed three
(3), are subject
to an additional
per person
charge
applicable to
the Lodge.
- Children
over 4 years and
under twelve
(12) years of
age will be
charged at a
rate of USD80
(for Room Only)
or USD165 (for
All Inclusive)
when occupancy
is in the same
room with
parents or legal
guardian and/or
using existing
bedding.
- Only one
extra bed
allowed per
room.
- Rollaway
beds are subject
to additional
charges
applicable to
the Lodge
FAMILY PLAN
- No room
charge for
infant (under 4
years), when
occupancy is in
the same room
with parents,
maximum one (1)
Infant,
otherwise an
USD$8 FEE for
Park Entrance
(daily) will
apply for more
than one (1)
Infant.
- A baby cot
is available on
request. Baby
sitting and
special baby
food can be
arranged.
