An Exquisite Escape in the Hinterland of Ubud
Elephants are widely known for their intelligence, close family bonds and social complexity. In a safe and supporting environment, they form a rather fluid ‘society,’ with bond that goes beyond mother-children or any other forms of kinship relationship. In the context of Elephant Safari Park & Lodge, similar bond were established between elephants and their Mahouts through years of collaboration, even before they were rescued from Sumatera to Bali: one Mahout for one elephant.
Elephant Safari Park & Lodge is owned, and operated by Bali Adventure Tours. As a part of sustainable business practice developed throughout the years of operation, we are fully committed to prioritize opportunities for members of the local communities, whether through employment; business partnership, or; any other relationship established based on mutual benefit. And in the context of Elephant Safari Park & Lodge, those opportunities mostly belong to the Village of Taro and nearby areas.
From Taro to the World
Throughout the years, Elephant Safari Park & Lodge is proud and honored to host several documentations broadcasted both nationally, and globally. From Discovery Travel & Living Channel where we were voted number six out of ten for “Most Unique Destinations in the World to be Married,” America’s Next Top Models, to National Geographic Magazine’s “8th Most Unique Hotel in the World.”
